• Gather financial data for reconciliation and analysis. Monitor over targets and actual performance measures and gap finding.
• Prepare financial performance report for business unit together with relevant comparison.
• Analyze Profit and Loss of business unit (BU) vs Revenue and prepare evaluation.
• Develop financial forecasting model from key business drivers, pipeline. Track the progress of plan against identified target.
• Incorporate all business assumptions & planned initiatives into (category/functional/BU) base forecast.
• Partner with a financial business partner to ensure all business assumptions & initiatives are reflected in the final forecast model.
